Here we go.
As of next sunday I will be in full swing collecting funds to finance two of the berths on the 'Pegasus' on the forthcoming Tall Ships race in june this year. Any profits from the sunday night show at the Exeter Corn Exchange will go into this fund. Nettlebed folk club have pledged me a sum of money close to £800 which I will match with a personal donation. I will be embarking on various things to extract your money from you over the next few months.
We are just putting the finishing touches to a 'Phil Beer' 'Tour of the Baltic' 2009 tshirt, the profits of which will go to the fund. I will be auctioning a few memorabilia items and a couple of house concerts. To find out more about the 'Pegasus' go here. www.islandcutter.co.uk/
There will be a couple of opportunities for a day sail with me on the Pegasus in the spring as berth fundraisers. We will be able to accomodate 8/9 people at a time. Details here shortly.
